Amazing Building Progress on Eighth Home in The Preserve!

Only a month after breaking ground on John and Amanda Jacob's new home in The Preserve at Fenwick Plantation, EPIC Development has exceeded the homeowners' expectations, making incredible progress on the house. Each time I drive through The Preserve, I notice a new feature or large milestone completed- all things we envisioned while looking at plans just one month ago at the Jacob's groundbreaking celebration. To date, foundations have been poured, and framing is about 98% complete. Roofing felt and waterproofing are complete, and windows will be installed any day now. Stucco scaffold is in place to install exterior trim for windows, then stucco will follow. As with all existing homes at The Preserve, only the highest quality building materials are used while a tremendous focus is placed on preserving the natural environment and landscape. Homesites have been planned around the existing grand trees to cause minimal disturbance of wildlife and a natural canvas we could not attempt to re-create if removed.

With each day of progress, the Jacobs are getting closer to the reality of living in their dream home at The Preserve!
