Open House Sunday, June 12, 2-4
Join us for an open house at 1612 John Fenwick Lane tomorrow- Sunday, June 12 from 2-4 pm. It looks like it is going to be a gorgeous summer day, but don't worry, we won't keep you inside all day! Stroll The Preserve's leisure trails along the marsh and take a walk down the docks to Penny Creek.
While in the house, be sure to notice the incredible elements of the home, hand-crafted by students from the American College of the Building Arts. From the wrought iron stair rail, to authentic plaster columns to the hand-carved mantle, the home offers a sophisticated and classic feel, still allowing all of the benefits of a new build.
We hope to see you at The Preserve tomorrow!

What a night to be fishing!
Imagine running down to the community docks after school or work to throw a fishing line in the creek and see what is biting! That is exactly what these Preserve residents did Monday night. Even the family dogs participated! I'll have to follow up with them and find out what they caught!
